Evaluation on Exhibition - Nature

I have chosen to do exhibition, nature.
I took this photo because I like how the close up grass looks nice and then the further back you go it looks flat and the background looks blurred.
The photo focuses on the grass which you can see clearly. That is also the main subject, the close up bit of the grass is what makes this picture look good.
I am happy with this photo but this could be improved by if the grass at the front of the photo was just green not bits of yellow and brown.
I asked my classmates what was the good points on this photo they said the focus on the front part of the grass. A bad point was they would want to see more of the close up grass so next time I will take the camera back a bit so there is more close up grass in to photo.

 

In this professional photo the grass seems to be all the same height. All the grass is also a nice green with no other colours in it and that how I was going to make it look like if I was to improve it.
